Executive Leadership and Management Coach & Consultant

Susan founded a leadership, talent and succession management consulting firm, Insights4Results, LLC, to fill a need in public and private organizations to develop leadership capacities, thereby ensuring a pool of talent to fill their key positions. Her company has delivered executive coaching services to corporate, public and non-profit organizations since 2008. Susan created and licensed Managing4Results™, a successful, comprehensive management program that incorporates development of a department managers’ role as a coach for ongoing employee engagement and increased retention. This program helps managers learn: “How to be, What to do and When to do” in order to build stronger relationships with their direct reports through giving constructive feedback, coaching, and communicating in ways that truly motivate and enable teams to achieve greater results. Managing4Results™ provides a certification program for coaches, consultants and trainers interested in utilizing this proven training program for their current and future client organizations.

Susan has two decades of successful internal and external experience coaching and mentoring managers to successfully transition to the next stage of leadership. She has expertise in enhancing and expanding leaders’ Emotional Intelligence, interpersonal savvy and political acumen. She has created award-winning leadership development programs incorporating leadership competencies, coaching and mentoring and designed special action learning projects, recognized for her excellence by ATD and NACO. She taught six years in the ICF-approved Certificate Program, Coaching for Organizational Excellence, through San Diego State University.

Susan has presented at the International ATD Conference & Exposition, International Employee Assistance Professional Association, San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance and the 2017 & 2019 MEECO Conferences.

Susan is a Board-Certified Executive Coach, Certified Master Neuroplastician™, EMCC Global Senior Practitioner, Certified Employee Assistance Professional & Certified HeartMath Coach. In addition, she completed the first Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) Certification program so incorporates the C-IQ tools & techniques into her coaching and organization development practice. She also completed the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certification. She has been volunteering for The Honor Foundation (www.honor.org) since 2016, providing coaching and WHYteboards for those in the Special Operations Forces and other veterans in transition. 

Prior to entering the coaching field, Susan spent thirty years working for the San Diego Community College District, City of San Diego and County of San Diego creating and rolling out programs that supported employee engagement and leadership development. Susan created and implemented the first internal Employee Assistance Program for the City of San Diego. She was the Diversity Project Lead and Program Manager of the City’s successful Diversity Commitment program. Susan created the first award-winning Career Development Program at the City of San Diego and award-winning programs for the Managers Development Institute for San Diego County’s Health and Human Service Agency.

Susan Conti

Susan Conti is a Master Certified Executive Coach and an experienced business leader who has over 30 years of senior executive leadership experience working in 9 different industries. 

Susan brings together her C-suite executive leadership experience and the knowledge of leading and running a business when she is advising and coaching clients.  Susan successfully launched Designing Leaders, Inc. in 2016. 

Susan’s insights have gained a reputation as an authority on high performance, transformation and executive presence through experiential learning. Building relationships, understanding their strengths, setting measurable goals to achieve a level of leadership mastery.

Susan is a Master Certified Executive Coach with the Association of Executive Coaches and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has invested over 500 hours in her coaching and training to achieve a level of coaching expertise through global coaching programs.

Timi Gleason

Timi is a Master Coach, a 2015 Amazon/Kindle author.  Her book Becoming Strategic: Leading with Focus and Inspiration addresses the practical problems related to teaching managers and employees how to move from tactical to innovative behavior and strategic thinking. 

Timi has many years of expertise helping senior leaders with their challenges, individually and in groups. Her area of expertise is in coaching for Strategic Thinking and Creativity in Business. Her approach with groups is to develop Conversational Intelligence and underlay it with Stakeholder Centered Coaching to help all the members improve their quality of output and increase their collaborative innovation. 

Timi is a cross-functionally experienced businessperson turned coach.  She has strong business acumen and systems thinking experience from leading, training and coaching for over 25 years.

Casey Richardson

Casey’s role as executive advisor and coach draws upon a career leading teams and developing individuals for a global, Fortune 100 company. His experience includes Consulting, Sales and Sales Management, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Casey’s global leadership work in Germany and Macedonia with surgeons and refugees of the Kosovo War continues to inform his perspective.
