Susan Curtin

Susan has two decades of successful internal coaching and mentoring experience where she helped managers to successfully transition to the next stage of leadership. She has expertise in enhancing and expanding leaders’ Emotional Intelligence, interpersonal savvy and political acumen.

She has created award-winning leadership development programs incorporating leadership competencies, strengths, coaching and mentoring and designed special action learning projects, recognized for her excellence by ATD and NACO. She taught six years in the ICF-approved Certificate Program, Coaching for Organizational Excellence, through San Diego State University.

Susan is a Board Certified Executive Coach, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has the Master Corporate and Executive Coaching designation.  She is certified in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) and like her partners, incorporates the C-IQ tools & techniques into her coaching and organization development practice.

Sue Stevenson 

Sue is a Lead Trainer/Facilitator, Executive Coach, Assessor and Mentor for The NeuroLeadership Institute: delivering Brain Based Coaching Certification programs. She is also certified in Conversational Intelligence and has use of all the C-IQ educational and assessment tools.  Sue’s coaching credentials are from The Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara & The NeuroLeadership Institute; she has also completed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard and U.C. Berkeley certification in The Science of Happiness.

Sue has extensive experience in High Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Local Government, Not for Profit and Entrepreneurial startups.

She has a background in Educational Psychology, Aberdeen University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has been a leader in high level executive positions globally.

Timi Gleason

Timi is a global leadership coach with special skills in Strategic Thinking and Conversational Intelligence. She was a Fortune 200 HR leader for ten years, then she moved into HR consulting for ten years, and transitioned to executive coaching in 1999.    

Recently, Timi co-authored the book Conversational Intelligence® @Work with six C-IQ colleagues. She is also the author of Becoming Strategic: Leading with Focus and Inspiration

She earned a Bachelor of Sciences from SDSU, has Master Career Coach designation, and Gold Mastery Certification in Strategic Management and Systems Thinking from the Haines Center for Strategic Management.  Timi also has professional certifications in Creative Problem Solving and Community Mediation.
